Are you thinking it’s hard to have a pet when you work full-time away from home?  We get it!  Equinox on the Park has dog-centric amenities that eliminate stress for you and your pet.  Each apartment comes with a pet-focused technology package that includes artificial intelligence devices that will send you alerts if your dog is barking, in distress, or if the temperature in the apartment is too high or too low.  Every entry door has a smart lock so you can allow access for your pet sitter, or a friend, any time you are away.
 
Worried your pet can’t find relief while waiting for you to come home?  We got you! Each apartment entry door includes a doggy door that leads to a massive private yard or enclosed patio with a porch relief system that is connected to the drainage.  No more accidents and no more stress about getting home before a certain time!
 
The onsite Fidus Care Center is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023.  The Fidus Care Center will provide onsite doggy daycare, boarding, grooming, dog walking, in-unit feeding, and playgroups!  All of the Fidus services are offered in a full concierge model.  That means we will pick up and drop off your dog at your apartment home, even if you are not there.  No more time wasted driving back and forth in traffic to doggy daycare or boarding.   All of the Fidus services can be requested via the Fidus app!  Think about Fidus as an onsite on-demand dog nanny service!  Wow!  How cool is that?
